NEW APPROACH COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
New Approach takes your safety and your fur-babies health very seriously. We’ve always put our clients first when dealing with any canine health issues. COVID-19 has changed the way we all interact and now that we are reopened we want you to be assured that we are doing everything possible to stop the spread of the virus within our walls.
1. We are only letting in two clients in our drop-off/pick-up area at one time. This will help make it easier to keep physical distancing. If you arrive and there are already two clients inside, please form a line (6 feet apart) and we will get to each of you as soon as possible.
2. Counters, door handles and other common surfaces will be wiped as often as possible. We recommend wearing gloves, masks or any other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you would like to wear. We have also added plexi-glass baricades between our staff members and our clients. Also, if you (or someone within your household) is running a fever or unwell please do not come into the our drop-off/drop-in area and follow health guidelines to isolate for 14 days.
X marks the spot! Stand on the X and wait for your turn. Together we can stop the spread of COVID-19!!
3. Once you enter into the drop-off/pick-up area, you can place your dog into the transfer area (caged corner of the room). You can remove your leash once your dog is safely secured and then we can attach our own leash to take your pup into the daycare. This will prevent us from having to make contact with your leash.
If you have any questions or concerns about your safety or the safety of your pup, don’t hesitate to call us! We look forward to seeing our regular friends again…we’ve missed you!!
